　　Dear classmates,As we know, some animals are dying out for various reasons. There is no doubt that animals are our friends. With World Animal Day coming near, what should we do to protect animals?

　　First of all, we should forbid people’s killing animals at random. Second, we should do all we can to protect animals’ living environment. With their living environment destroyed, the animals will become extinct sooner or later. Third, we should try our best to make everyone realize the importance of protecting animals. In a way, protecting animals means protecting ourselves.

　　Dear classmates, let’s start now and make every effort to protect animals—our good friends!

　　The ass and his purchaser

　　A man wanted to buy an ass. He went to the market, and saw a likely one. But he wanted to test him first.

　　So he took the ass home, and put him into the stable with the other asses. The new ass looked around, and immediately went to choose a place next to the laziest ass in the stable.

　　When the man saw this he put a halter on the ass at once, and gave him back to his owner.

　　The owner felt quite surprised. He asked the man, "Why are you back so soon? Have you tested him already?" "I don't want to test him any more," replied the man, "From the companion he chose for himself, I could see what sort of animal he is."

Pandas are adorable because of their distinctive black patches around eyes, ears and across its round body. Pandas are China’s national treasures. They’re among the world’s most adored and protected animals. Pandas are the star attractions in the Beijing Zoo. Experts say that despite their sweet public image, pandas are capable of attacking humans, especially if they feel threatened.

　　It is a well known fact that animals are friends to our mankind.But there are a lot of problems that they are confronting today.For example,nowadays some bird have already lost their habitat ,which means they have no places to live in and no food to eat .

　　Personally ,i think there are many solutions to this problem.First of all,we should take effective and efficient measures to protect their habitat.Also ,govenment should punish those people who hunt wild animals illeagally.
