ofcourse,i love junkfood too, but i try to eat it only once a week.oh,and isleep nine hours every night. so you see,i look after my health lifestyle helps me get good grades.

詹老师留着一头长发，她心地善良，和蔼可亲。有一次，我写的作业歪歪扭扭，非常难看。詹老师把我留下来，让我重新写。直到我把字写得公正规范，王老师才让我回家。我当时还很不高兴，心想：不就是几个字嘛，写好写坏不都是一样的吗？干嘛这样一遍又一遍的.写呢，硬是把字写规范了，真是浪费时间！回到家中，我把挨留的事情告诉了妈妈，妈妈对我说：“字是门面，从字就可以看出一个人的性格。詹老师严格要求是对你负责，你写一手好字的是自己，谁也盗不走。”听了妈妈的这一番话，我明白了詹老师的良苦用心，使我更加钦佩她了。从那以后我就像个一年级的小学生，天天坚持练字，无论些什么作业都把子给写工整，写规范。

8月19日是我参加英语脱口秀的日子。对这个日子我既期盼它早点到来，但又充满了忐忑。于是许多奇怪的想法在我脑海里回荡：“我表演的时候会不会忘词？会不会说错？我会不会迟到……”
吃完中饭，妈妈带着我去培训班。下楼时我问妈妈去“几点啦？”妈妈说：“1：10啊。”我在心里想，肯定会迟到，在车上我一直盯着车上的时钟，心里在默默地祈祷：开快点，千万不要堵车。最后终于按时到了培训班。
随着MissZou的一声令下，我们走到了表演区。由我和两个小男孩拉开了本次脱口秀的序幕。开始我很紧张，就像心里有只小白兔要蹦出来一样。我看见妈妈坐在下面微笑的看着我，还给我竖了一个大拇指，好像在说：“可非，加油！不要紧张，你是最棒的'！”
