In the left picture,“Son, go and study quickly!”shouts the father who is watching TV sitting in the couch and smoking. The boy actually can’t focus on his homework at all. While in the right picture, both the father and the boy concentrate on their study. The words below the pictures saying“Instead of just demanding, setting a good example is more important.”
We’re all aware that parents play great important role in the growing of their children. Parents can teach children by setting good examples in their daily life. If parents can not achieve their requirements, how can they ask their children to do so? In children’s view, their parents are always perfect, and they do what their parents do, especially when they’re young. So it’s of great significance to set good examples for the children.
Above all, parents cannot just tell their children what to do, they should also discipline themselves. In this way, children can feel that they’re respected and treated equally.

At present, the Olympic champion swimmer Sun Yang buy driver’s license have aroused public’s attention, most netters think Sun Yang is knowingly breaks the law and should be punished harshly, other netizens oppose that sun win glory for our country ,he could receive privilege of a mitigated punishment. In my opinion, celebrities own the fame and great appeal should set an example to lead people doing good but wrong.
Some well-known celebrities don’t pay attention on their behaviors; some even break the law, which has set negative role to teenagers. There are lots of media report that many stars in entertainment circle take drugs, and the list of females starts dinner prince is nothing new now, these behaviors have break through social bottom line.
In fact, not every celebrity break out scandal, many of them are warm-hearted public welfare undertakings. Such as famous movie star Jet Li who have created One Foundation Project, super star Wang Fei and her ex-husband have set Smile Angel Foudation etc. Most celebrities are making every effort to do what is good to our environment, to protect animals and so on. What they do have a great influence to society, they are indeed role models.
To sum up, celebrities should care about their acts and manage their public image.

As is vividly depicted in the first picture there is a father watching TV and asking his son to study hard, with his son being unable to concentrate on his study. The second picture portrays that the son and the father are studying hard together. At the lower part of the picture is a caption which implies that it is wise for parents to set a good example for their children by action rather than by words.
It occurs to me that the author of the drawing aims at reminding us of the the value of a good example by parents. First and foremost, examples speak louder than words, for it is widely accepted that an example enables each person to transform his or her aspirations from a state of potentiality into reality. Put it another way, parents’ example enables their children to improve them selves, so they can be qualified for the future job, be ready for the forthcoming life, and they are likely to achieve more fulfillment. Furthermore, according to a latest survey conducted by an authority on the Internet, the majority of people interviewed answer that parents’ action produces more positive influence on the growth of their children than oral requirements do.
Hence, it is vital for us to derive positive implications from the above pictures. For one thing, we should frequently use it to enlighten young parents. For another, we should cultivate the awareness of parents that personal examples are very vital to kid’s growth. Only by doing so can children grow sound in body and mind.

This morning we heard the talk given by our headmaster about Lel Feng.We were deeply moved by Lel Feng's deeds. We have made up our minds to do as Let Feng did.
As there were no classes this afternoon, we decided to do some good deeds for people.
Some of us went to the Station Square to repair bikes for people passing by, some went to a home for orphans nearby to help carry coal and wash their clothes, and others remained at school to clean the teachers' office. We all worked very hard.
It was not until six o'clock that I returned home. Tired as I was, I was filled with joy and pride.
