近日，记者从权威人士处获悉，《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法》最快将于5月初出台，最迟5月底出台。业内人士表示，新政对私家车做网约车提出限制，滴滴、优步、易到等私家车加盟模式的专车平台或将遭遇强力约束。
