我们学校从一年级起使用外研社出版的《新标准英语》。一年级作为起始阶段的英语教学主要任务就是：把学生领进英语学习的殿堂，培养学生学习兴趣，掌握正确的语音，语调、形成良好的学习策略和习惯。在语言学习中语言技能作为综合语言运用的基础，它分为听、说、读、写、四个方面。听，一年级的孩子能够听懂课文，听懂课堂指令并做出反应；说，能够相互致以简单的问候和一些简单的个人信息交流，并能够根据图片或是动作提示下说出单词或简单的句子；（本学期孩子们会学习：问候及回应；数字1—10；询问和说明颜色、询问姓名、年龄、地点、物品的名称、祝贺生日等。以上的话题共包含有40个核心句子，117个单词，5首歌曲和5首歌谣。）读，能够熟读课文和看图识字或是看图说简单的句子；由于一年级学生不要求书写，主要是视觉感知英文单词，句子和标点符号。
我们的孩子多为6、7岁，正是处于活泼好动，注意力时间不长，并且容易分散，乐于接受新鲜事物与模仿、学习语言的重要时期。培养学生良好的学习语言习惯。在课堂交流中，培养学生注意倾听，积极思考的学习习惯。日常生活中老师主动和学生用英语交流，引导学生主动积极运用所学的英语进行表达和交流，培养学生说的能力。晨读，课堂，中午小课，老师指导学生如何朗读的方法与技巧，指导学生读书的语音，语调，重读与连读等。
好的习惯需要长期的坚持与培养。所以需要家长与学校共同配合，合力完成。那么如何用科学的方法指导，帮助我们的孩子做好每日的复习，巩固，总结为九个字：认真听！大胆说！努力做！
认真听为每天坚持听、读英语，为培养良好的语感做基础，听，做为学习语言，是首要也是重要任务，一年级结合学生学习特点，不留书面英语作业，但每天都会有听读作业，需要家长的陪伴与鼓励。
大胆说鼓励孩子突破心里上的胆怯，不要怕说错，多说才能说得更好，说错才能发现问题，及时纠音，大胆还包括要与孩子多进行英语的对话交流，敢说比说错更加来的重要。在交流中默认纠音，用重复的方式告诉孩子正确的内容，从而让他体验点滴进步与交际的乐趣。不懂英语的家长，可以采取让孩子当你的小老师，教你的同时，也是再学习运用的过程。他还会获得一份成功的体验。
努力做是体现我们英语课程的总目标，学习英语最终是让我们的孩子学会用英语做事情。如课堂的`小对话，与人简单沟通等诸多方面。目的都是让学生在身边熟悉的生活话题与事例中培养他们的语言综合运用能力，做到学习语言的最终目的。
基于以上的理念，那我们到底在家里怎样完成听读作业？根据我个人经验向大家介绍一点小方法，希望与大家共同探讨，更期待大家与我的交流提出宝贵意见。听读在小学阶段非常重要，我们遵循听说领先，读写跟上的理念。在家第一步，听录音内容先不打开书，给予孩子首次接触文本信息和文本情境的机会，初听文本大意。当然一遍是听不懂文本意思的，需要第二遍再听文本。这时打开书，用手指，边对照文本图片，边听录音。在了解文本大意的基础上，第三遍再听文本，用手指试着跟读文本。找出文本中的重点单词，句子。通过第四遍听文本，用手指熟悉文本中的重点单词。最后跟读文本，用手指熟悉文本中的语音语调。最后家长在指定位置签字。便于老师第二天的检查。希望各位家长能够继续坚持督促孩子们在家的听、读练习，虽然它就像白开水一样平乏，可是从中会给我们的孩子们带来非常大的收益——那就是，孩子们可以很流利的读课文，其实与外国人的交流也不过如此，我们书中的语言就是非常生活化的，希望在我们的努力下，能用书中句子与我与他人交流的孩子会越来越多。

我上小学时，老师只教了二十六个字母。到了初中，英语非常差，在班级里是倒数。考试倒数，被英语老师批评，非常难过，但就是不知道怎么学，好像也没有人告诉我应该怎么学，或者人家告诉我应该怎么学，我也听不进去。浑浑噩噩到了初三，实在给逼地没有办法了，只好像很多人推荐的那样，背书，从初一的课本背起，一直背到初三的英语课本，中考也还考的不错。
到了高中，还是很迷茫。可能男生都不喜欢背书，实在不是背逼的万不得已，都不会去背书。好在我有看书，看报纸，看杂志的习惯，每天放学，只要一有时间，就到县图书馆的阅览室去看报纸，杂志。记不得是在高一还是高二，突然在报纸上看到一个正版，都是一个叫扶忠汗的台湾人写的英语学习的文章，他说，英语学习就是用英语。比如说，你学了一个THIS IS A的句型，那你就要马上把它用起来，THIS IS A BOOK。 THIS IS A DESK。 THIS IS A ROOM。 THIS IS A CHAIR。等等。用多了，用了一千遍，THIS IS A的这个句型也就会了。
我读了这篇文章，感觉非常有道理。一个句型，我用一千遍，不久会了吗？一个单词，我用一千遍，不久会了码？那怎么才能用一千遍呢？我想，对，阅读！阅读多了，不就一个句型用一千遍，一个单词用以前遍吗？
我就到图书馆的书库里找英语方面的书。可巧，我找到一本《英语学习》的合订本。里面有简单的文章，也有复杂的文章。我就从里面简单的有趣文章开始看起。简单的文章看完了，再看略微难一些的文章。记得有一篇很有趣的文章，但很难，生词很多，我就一个生词一个生词的查着看，看的脑子疼，大概整整花了两周时间才把这一篇文章看懂。就这样，一点点看下来，一本书看下来，考试的阅读理解和完型填空我就看的懂，做起来就不费劲了。
后来，高考因为英语是强项，就考了英语系。
到了大学，进了大学图书馆的外文书库，看到那么多英文书，高兴地简直要发疯。大学虽然有很多好老师，但也许自己自学自由自在惯了，课倒没有认真听多少，就是到图书馆里借书，看书，还书，再到图书馆借书，或者在图书馆的阅览室里，一呆就是一个上午，一个下午，一个晚上。
大一的时候，借书证一办下来，就去借了几本原版英文名著，但生词太多，实在看不懂，放在手里几个月，又还回去了。郁闷了一段时间，再一看，自己手里才发的《大学英语泛读教程》不也很好看，而且不难，不就很好吗？我就一口气把《泛读教程》看完了，再回头找几本简单的原版英文读物，看起来非常吃力，但拼命查英语词典，开始一天就看两页，还行，就继续往下看，慢慢地也就把一本JACK LONDON的WHITE FANG看完了。看完了第一本英文原著，长吁了一口气，哎，终于把一本真正的英文书看完了。
底下，越看越有趣，一发不可收拾，大学学英语就是自己找英文原著，开始都是找英语小说。大三的时候，看英文版的《战争与和平》，整整两个月，看的头都晕了。看完以后，又是一番感慨，这本1400多页的英文书都看下来了，再看别的英文书就不怕了。
后来，对国际政治感兴趣，就看国际政治方面的英文理论书，美国的历史，地理，文化方面的大学教科书。大学四年下来，我读的英文书码在一起，感觉要比我的人还高。不经意间，英语就通了。
现在回想，可以说，扶忠汗先生的一篇文章奠定了我的.英语学习的基础。我以后的英语基本上按照他说的英语学习就是用英语的思想去做的。现在想想也后怕。但再想想，偶然中有必然。如果自己不有意去找，又怎么可能遇到扶忠汗先生的好文章。
英语学习的起步阶段，总结前人的经验，站在前人的肩膀之上。然后指导一个合理的目标和计划，找到一个许多实践证明的成功的方法。有一个参照，再去努力，出现问题了，心里也有准备，对比一下，就知道问题是什么，如何解决，成功的可能性就要大许多。
对于后来的学习者，我个人感觉，你们的学习条件要比我当年的要好得多。特别是现在的网络非常发达，用GOOGLE可以，用BAIDU也可以，都可以找到很多英语学习的经验。有什么问题，直接把问题总结一下，写在GOOGLE或者BAIDU的搜索框里，一搜就会出来许多关于英语学习经验的结果。然后把搜索出来的网页一一打开。慢慢地，细细地看下来，尤其是现在的英语学习者的成功经验，要多看看，多想想。

But with good learning methods, everyone can say a few, and normal people can do it. Why is the achievement gap still so large? I don't want to repeat the truth. I just want to say what I think.
What I feel most is that the learning method should be suitable for myself. When I was just promoted to junior high school, my parents and teachers taught me that junior high school is not much more than primary school. I have to work harder. Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.
I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. I utilize this precious time by listening to tapes and imitating their content and then reciting the short passages I like. To be frank, “Crazy English” has always been my favorite. This is definitely not intended to flatter. Instead of dividing my attention between too many materials, I’d rather concentrate on one particular resource at a time such as CE, not only because of its abundant content and native English, but also because of the benefits it has brought to me through intensive reading, listening and reciting, I believe that studying English by using these intensive methods will help you to get twice the result with half the effort.

Last week I went to Peking University and Tsinghua University where I was invited to deliver lectures on “learning English with passion”. I found out that all those students have something in common; they all have determinations to learn English well . That's thevery reason why I gave lectures at more than ten most prestigious universities with an attempt to help students who want to conquer English within the shortest time.
That’s true, having a good command of English is vitally significant and profound. Here I would like to give all my friends and students some advice for the future learning in terms of the experience I got from being a teacher for many language training schools and being interpreter for government as well as embassies. Being an interpreter is by no means easy, which needs to have a good command of listening, understanding or decoding and speaking. As soon as I hear the original voice from the speaker, meanwhile, I will decode or understand it by dividing the content of the voice into different segments, and use my short-term memory and if possible ,note-taking, to deliver the interpretation in the process of consecutive or simultaneous cases. Now , I would like to tell you how to speak good English.
3-D methods (Dialogue, Discussion and Debate) to improve your eloquence
Dialogue
Having authentic and polished oral English is every learner’s dream, however, many of my students who spent a lot of years, money and efforts to speak this language well but failed to be able to communicate and speak out, the reason to which might be mainly confidence and methods. I notice that many students do well in speaking when conducting a prepared speech or presentation in class. But speaking English fluently is not just about making presentations and giving speeches. It is about expressing your ideas and insight on the most mundane of things around you. I still remember when I first landed on the soil of Beijing 5 years ago; I could not communicate with my friends and even felt uneasy when going out with them because I did not have the confidence to start a conversation with my Mandarin. It’s the same to the English learners who have no courage to start a topic and face an awkward silence after the initial greeting was given because they don't know what to talk about and are not confident of putting something across correctly, thus the conversation comes to end.
The ability to make dialogues is very important in social communication. Topics for casual conversation could include the weather, education, music, current affairs; hobbies, travel, etc. Do not always ask foreigner “what is your name and how is your job” when you want to find one to practice your English with. Before going to English Corner, please read up on your area of interest and try framing sentences expressing your opinions. Talk about it with someone close to you or someone’s English level is higher than yours, so you can check for your language accuracy and fluency.You’d better to grasp regularly used ways of small talk, and you will be able to initiate speaking more confidently. If you can break this barrier and speak out with passion and confidence, you can take your first step into the realm of English speaking and become a public speaker in the future.
Discussion and Debate
I always enlighten my students that your language ability and academic achievements are very imperative and important, but the most important of all, it’s your eloquence to communicate in the personal relationships. Elite may not have eloquence, but an eloquent person must be an elite. So the best way to drill your speaking abilities is to discuss and debate. When I was a junior, I always raised discussions with my classmate in my dorm, questions like “environmental protection, cohabitation, 20xx Olympics, postgraduate exams and so on. After everyone aired his opinions, then we conducted debate to argue, to express ideas to convince the other. And I gradually build up on my own repertoire of conversational topics and start using them whenever I get a chance; subsequently I have good command of English, and won a lot of awards in English speech contest and debate. Hence, it’s also effective for you, my beloved friends or students, to have a try to use your language to discuss and debate.
Other methods
Many students do want to improve their English by all means. It’s self-evident that all of us like taking down notes when we are listening to the lectures given by teachers at school. But it’s not a correct way to speak good language. Can you learn swimming by standing at the edge of the pool and taking down the words spoken by the coach? You have to take the plunge, right? I seldom took notes when I was given lessons, but I would memorize them with my mouth, my mind and my ears. There is just one case I will take notes when I am doing my job as an interpreter for the Beijing municipal government and embassy. I still remember when I was interpreting for the ambassador from the Philippines, at which moment she was delivering the speech about 10 minutes at the Great Wall international conference. Hadn’t I taken the notice from the speaker, I don’t think I would have interpreted for her and won the applause from the officials. It is the same with language. Unless you use the language everyday, you will never know how good you are at it. Ask your friends who are good at English to help. Try to speak it as much as possible, and let them interrupt you whenever you make mistakes and ask them to correct you. Do not feel embarrassed to make mistakes, for that is the only way you will learn. Enjoy losing face and enjoy making mistakes because that is the way how the process of acquiring fluency a language occurs. Everyone may have made a lot of mistakes before getting a good grasp of mother tongue. The only difference now is that you are conscious of the mistakes. So ,do not be afraid of making mistakes.
Attitude that counts the most
If you do want to learn something well, you are supposed to have confidence and passion. I love playing piano , basketball and learning as well as being a teacher, to which I devote my whole interest , confidence and passion no matter how many mistakes I will encounter, how helpless , how hopeless and how far away for me to reach my final goal. I will never stop fighting for the betterment and improvement of myself and to be an all-grounded person equipped with knowledge and clear mindset. And that is why I hope all of you can be confident and passionate for what you have done and what you will be doing.
Finally, I want to say to my students and English lovers. Try to be confident and passionate in the journey of study and life, all you need is a will to learn and the initiative to begin. That done, it is simply a matter of time and effort!

大家早上好，我是来自高二（1）班的xx。今天由我为大家分享一下英语学习方法。在我看来英语学习少不了以下几项关键词：热爱，积累，运用。
“兴趣是最好的老师”；这句话不知道听了多少遍，但确实也是值得一次又一次强调的道理。也许有同学质疑：“我英语又不好，你让我怎么热爱呢？”，诚然，当你在一门学科上屡屡受挫，你难免会有一种我不擅长这门学科的错觉，就对这门学科越发没了兴趣，投入的热情也随之减少，于是在下一次考试中难免又惨遭厄运。于是你对这门学科的热爱在消极的恶性循环中消逝到苟延残喘。但请回忆起，当你第一次接触到英语这门学科时，当你第一次学会说：“I a fine， thankyou。 and you？ I a fine， too”时，好奇与欣喜洋溢起整个幼嫩的心，热爱从那个时候起油然而生。因此不要怀疑你对英语的热爱，请勿忘初心。你只需给自己一个重拾热爱的机会，给自己一个热情奋斗的机会，给自己一个相信自己能学好英语的信念，结果一定是美好的。
当有了热爱作为前进的动力，积累便是铺设起学习长路的一块块地砖。不论学哪一门学科，积累都是必不可少的过程，“故不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。”，在英语学习的漫漫长路上，积累的必要性更是不容小觑。我认为的积累，不仅仅是抱着一本厚厚的词汇书从A到Z的埋头苦背，而是一个渗透在生活中的事情。可能很多同学都听说过跟美剧、电影学英语的办法，但在学业如此紧张的高中生活中，这种方法显得有些站着说话不腰疼。所以积累的过程可以就从等车时公交站台广告牌的标语，上学放学车上电台里的英文歌，小心地滑的警示牌里，用发现的眼光汲取一点一点零碎的知识，不断铸就属于自己的知识网架。请不要自以为是地嘲笑那些在路上驻足在一个单词前的人们，不要嘲笑食堂排队时试图翻译出食堂菜名的人们，不要嘲笑努力纠正标语翻译错误的`人们，积累就是从此刻拉开了你们的距离。；
学习英语的目标永远不是应付你眼前的大大小小的考试，也更不会随着高考的结束而终止。我认为学习英语想要达到的理想状态理应是应用。应用是把你所学习的看似没有生命的零碎知识点真正激活，成为你未来生活工作的工具。应用可以是渺小到给外国游客指路，给工作的文献做翻译，也可以伟大到推动国家的外交事业。当你选择学习英语是为了未来的应用，是为了肩负起“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”的责任，那你的英语学习将会变得广博而无穷。学习不只是那些你以为是考点的词汇、语法，更是那些看似考不到，没有用的东西，英语能力的综合提升反而会在考试中送你最好的回报。

This will exercise your brain, so you will be able to understand it better.
At last, if you don’t like the book, just close it. You’ll remember nothing unless you really like reading it.
So , it’s really important to choose some good books to read.

今天我要演讲的是我对于英语的学习方法和态度，不需要花太多的时间，只要能够理解就可以了。
我认为，学习英语的方法其实很简单，那些辅导材料只不过就是巩固知识。而我们在巩固知识前，就得学会学习英语。兴趣，记忆力和自信就是我的秘诀。
第一步：兴趣。
兴趣使然，如果你把学英语当成是一种娱乐，一种使你兴趣盎然的娱乐方式。我把英语当做是一种荣耀，一种享受，也把这种荣耀和享受化为自己的优势，弥补其他学科的缺憾。但是，这只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很优秀。或许，不是学习上的，却也是一种优势。就比如，很多人喜欢玩电脑，就可以把学英语当成在玩电脑，每一次的检测都是打电脑的一关，把自己当成闯关的人，学习的过程，考试是终点，老师就是最后的评委。
第二步，记忆力：
记忆力的好也可以帮助学习，但是死记硬背的方式实在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的兴趣也会被消磨光。所以，可以用一种节省时间，增加兴趣，享受时间的方法。在老师留作业，抄单词或句子的时候，先抄一遍，再根据脑袋里"肯定"的答案在接着继续默写，这样就达到了节省时间着点了。还有在背课文的`时候，有些同学们后觉得这些太多了，太难了，简直就是在谋财害命，但老师就是硬要我们被下来，太痛苦了！那么，在这个时候，你可以把被课文当做是在背诗，记歌词，背诗背着背着就顺了，记歌词记着记着就好像是自己在听喜爱的音乐一般，这也有了增加兴趣，享受时间和节省时间了。
第三步，自信：
不论是丘吉尔的"好运"还是海伦`凯特的身体残缺，贝多芬的老年失聪，他们都凭借着自己的努力而成功。当然，在他们最努力的时候才是他们最自信的时候。因为他们都相信自己，才有努力的动力。而我们不论是学英语还是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！

Dear teachers and schoolmates, it's a great pleasure for me to be here today and share my experience of learning English with you. I'm interested in English, and hope to be an interpreter in the future. Naturally it's very important for me to learn English well. As everybody knows, vocabulary is an important part of language, just like bricks in a building. I usually memorize twenty new words a day and put them to use whenever possible. After class, I often listen to English programs on TV and on the radio. Besides, I've learned a lot from the Internet and other sources.
Now, I'd like to make some suggestions on English teaching and learning in our school. Firstly, we should be given more opportunities to use what we've learned in order to have a better grasp of it. Secondly, I hope our teachers can recommend more interesting books and magazines and give us more free time to read them. Finally, I suggest we have more English activities, such as English contests and festivals.
