LPG储罐事故危险特性动态模拟评价方法及软件开发
摘要: 对LPG危险特性、易发事故及其发生机理进行全面系统地分析、归纳和分类,按LPG储罐事故可能发生的先后顺序,将其事故类型分为六类,建立了一套可描述事故特征参数随时间和距离的变化过程的LPG储罐事故危险特性动态模拟评价系统方法.为便于推广和实际应用,根据水平喷射火的特殊形状,提出了其人员伤亡人数和直接财产损失计算方法;将改进的喷射流扩展半径表达式用于喷射火模拟评价,将修正的TNO爆炸特征曲线拟和关系式和蒸气云爆炸人员伤亡距离关系式等改进方法应用于蒸气云爆炸模拟评价.结合Visual C++编程语言与MATLAB仿真技术,实现了事故后果动态模拟的软件化、可视化.本方法对有效预测、预防、控制LPG危险源事故具有重要工程应用价值和指导意义. Abstract: The hazardous properties, easy occurrence accidents and accidents mechanics of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) are analyzed and classified. According to occurrence precedence relation of LPG tank accidents, six accident types are classified. A method of dynamic simulation evaluation of LPG tank accidents hazardous characteristic is founded. A scientific practicable method of calculating casualties and property loss of horizontal jet fire is proposed; an improved expression of expand radius of jet is applied to simulate jet fire; some development methods of TNO Multi-Energy method in the engineering applications are also applied to evaluate VCE. Software of the evaluation method including dynamic visualization of accidents severity has been achieved combining program language Visual C++ and MATLAB emulation technique.
