毕业论文-秘书人员知识结构论 - 语言文学论文
摘 要
作为1个秘书工作者，应当怎样正确地确定自己的知识结构呢？秘书工作网络撒向4面8方，接触面广，不论是协调、参谋、文书、信访等工作，头绪复杂，其多层次的特点是明显的。秘书人员要胜任工作，起到应有的作用，必须具备相当的基础知识、专业知识和适应各种工作不同能力，所以，现代秘书工作迫切要求秘书工作人员构建起满足本职工作的需求、适合时代发展要求的知识结构。本文立足于此，具体探讨了秘书人员构建合理知识结构的原则，分析了当前秘书界各种知识结构模式的优劣，提出了蜘蛛网式知识结构模式的主张。

ABSTRACT
As a secretary does, have how correctly to determine own knowledge structure? Secretary works the network to scatter to in all directions, contact face broad, no matter is work and so on coordination, advice, copy clerk, inquiry, the clue is complex, its multi-level characteristic is obvious. Secretary the personnel wants to be competent the work, plays to the role which should have, must have the suitable elementary knowledge, the specialized knowledge and adapts each kind of work different ability, therefore, modern secretary works urgent need secretary the staff to construct satisfies the official duty work the demand, the suitable time development request knowledge structure. This article bases on this, discussed secretary the personnel to construct the reasonable knowledge structure specifically the principle, has analyzed current secretary each kind of knowledge structure pattern fit and unfit quality, proposed the spider web type knowledge structure pattern position.
