【译文】简而言之，能充分体现目前这种危机的`是一幅老套的卡通漫画：一位男士一边吃早餐，一边埋头看报纸，而妻子生气地盯着报纸的背面，就想说话。
【析句】首先，复合句的主句为the image is the stereotypical cartoon scene，主句中，that best represents the current crisis作定语从句修饰image，cartoon scene of后是表语补足语，a man sitting at the breakfast动名词结构，with a newspaper held up为伴随状语，最后是while引导的时间状语从句。
