The Most Important Thing in a Job Interview
Job interview has been attached special importance to,because in the competitive job market it is the first threshold to jobs,and it decides whether a graduate will get an ideal job.Among various factors influencing an interview,in my eyes,displaying oneself properly is the most important thing.Displaying oneself properly can be illustrated in the following two aspects.Firstly,dress and adress appropriately to show ur good behavior.Too formal dress like a black suit will make both the interviewer and the interviewee nervious,and too imformal dress like football shoes may leave the impression that you do not value the meeting or you are not polite enough.By adressing properly, we mean an interviewee should answer the questions logically and firmly to display confidence in academic training and practical experience,so that you can show that you are able to deal with academic problems and need no pre-position training.
The other aspect of displaying oneself properly is to be calm to show your ability to handle contingency.Any job may involve emergent situations,where you have to communicate with some special people and deal with some unusual affairs.Employers tend to "view" such ability by creating some interruptions or designing some special tasks like persuading a person into making a phrase.Don't be nervous and keep calm,because embarrassing may interrupt the brain's normal work and it can only show your lack of experience and confidence.
In a word, a proper show means a successful interview.May you succeed in job-hunting.
