August 92008 sunny Today Isaw Big Yao Ming in Beijing Olympic Games.He is my favorite sports star.I asked some questions about his daily life and it is quite different from us.He gets up at 6:00 in the morningand then hedoesone hourrunning outside.He has breakfast at 7:30.He eatsa lot of meat and fruitsevery morning.These food are good for his long legs and arms.He begins his training at 9:00.Sometimes he plays computer games for fun in the afternoon.He spends five hours on his training every day.He goes to bed at about 10:00 in the evening.He works very hard.I love him.

教学过程
Step IWarming up and Revision 1.Greetings.
2.Do actions and say with the teacher.
(get up,wash your face,brush your teeth…)
(设计意图:通过师生活动热身,复习已学的有关日常生活的动词短语,营造轻松愉快的教学氛围。)
Step II Presentation and Practic 1.教师通过介绍自己的日常生活引出新授内容。
2.通过师生互动操练并巩固新授内容。
(设计意图:由贴近师生日常生活的情景入手,自然承接复习环节,使学生在不知不觉中去感悟、体会并学习新语言。)
Step IIIText Learning CAI:出示姚明的照片。自然引出课文。引导学生对课文进行阅读。

(设计意图:学生通过听录音整体感知语言,带着任务把握文章大意。)
2、Read the text by themselves.Try to find the answers.
