教学目标

By the end of the lesson,Ss will be able to:

1.understand the article intensively.

2.retell the story guiding by T.

3.know how to use the new words and some important expression.

教具:黑板,粉笔

教学过程:

(听写单词)

T:Have you finished your homework yesterday?I'm going to check them.ExerciseA3.Who can tell me the answers?

S:No,不会做,不明白题目的意思。

T:好吧,老师来解释一下这道题。方框里面1-5都是facts,指的是证据,而a-b是possible conclusions,可能的结论。即说从这些facts中能得出的相应的possible conclusions是哪个。比如说No.1,Li only showed his vase to two people.可猜测出?

S1:c,One of them stole it.

T:Yes!Now I'll give you 3minutes,discuss and finish A3 in group.注意,所有答案都能从课文中找到,看大家有没有侦探的头脑,能不能跟Mr.Ken一起找出真相。

(学生小组讨论,并完成练习)

T:Time's up!Group 5,tell me your answers.

T:Thank you.Any different ideas?

S:No.

T:Very good.全对!

T:What about ExerciseA4?这道题要求你们从A3的possible conclusions中找出那些是right conclusions,那些是wrong conclusions.I'll give you 2minutes,also discuss and finish it in group.

T:Group 3,please.

S4:Right conclusions are ae b.Wrong conclusions are c,d.

T:Any different ideas?

S:No.He's right!

T:Very good.让我们回顾一下这篇课文讲了些什么。尽量不要看书,让我们一起来复述一下课文。Mr.Li's vase was stolen,and then Mr.Ken went to his house to look for clues.What happened next?

S:A black pearl earring near the open safe.

T:What did it belong to?

S:It belonged to Jill.

T:Was Jill stole the vase?

S:No,Mr.Li stole it and he stole Jill's earring.

T:Why?

S1:Because he bought insurance for the vase,he stole it for the insurance money.

S2:He wanted to make Jill go to jail instead of himself.

T:Excellent!

T:I want two of you to write the important words on the blackboard and the rest of you read the text after me.

(选两个学生上黑板写出重点词,其余学生跟老师读课文)画外音:

这是我在备课时了解学生不够充分,没有预计到学生连题目都看不懂,下次应该吸取教训,布置作业之前先解释好题目,这就不用浪费上课的时间了。

家庭作业

1.根据A3,写一篇小短文,复述课文。

2.背诵课文3,4段。

课后反思

1.在第一部分评讲练习和理清故事的发展顺序上,花过多的时间,并且内容较难,学生不会,导致学习兴趣受到打击,使得课堂气氛变得沉闷。基本上只有三分之一的学生能够跟的上老师的节奏。

2.带读课文可以尝试借助录音机等工具,激发学生的学习兴趣。

3.缺少对学生课堂表现的反馈评价,没有及时表扬奖励学生。

4.讲课节奏太慢导致无法完成预计的内容。

5.在重点词讲解的部分完成得比较凌乱,导致课堂设计失去了意义。应在课前检查好前置作业,保证学生找得到词语。可在布置作业时提示学生参考《同步》和周报等学习工具书。抽学生上黑板写前要先划分好区域,保证学生写得整洁有序。
