摘要

阐述了目前建设工程项目合同管理的现状，论述了合同管理中各方主题间的关系，提出了在实施合同管理要注意的问题和方法，再就是工程项目合同管理的基本理论及其在工程项目管理中的作用和重要性，指出研究工程项目合同管理的必要性。合同是成本管理的重要依据，因此建设工程项目的合同的措施在成本控制中显得特别重要。在工程项目的成本控制过程中，要注意的方面主要有合同报价，合同修订，处理相关过程中产生索赔问题等等！并从多方面引出我国建筑企业在工程项目合同管理实践中暴露出的问题，进行深入分析，并提出解决方法。
