浅谈工程项目合同管理
摘 要
阐述了目前建设工程项目合同管理的现状,论述了合同管理中各方主题间的关系,提出了在实施合同管理要注意的问题和方法,再就是工程项目合同管理的基本理论及其在工程项目管理中的作用和重要性,指出研究工程项目合同管理的必要性。合同是成本管理的重要依据,因此建设工程项目的合同的措施在成本控制中显得特别重要。在工程项目的成本控制过程中,要注意的方面主要有合同报价,合同修订,处理相关过程中产生索赔问题等等!并从多方面引出我国建筑企业在工程项目合同管理实践中暴露出的问题,进行深入分析,并提出解决方法。

Abstract
Expounds the present construction project contract management, expounds the present situation of contract management, the relation between the parties theme proposed in the implementation of the contract management should pay attention to the problems and methods, namely again project contract management of the basic theory and its in project management and importance, and points out that the study the project contract management of necessity. The contract is an important basis of cost management, so the construction project contract measures in cost control in appear particularly important. In project cost control process, must pay attention to the aspects mainly have the contract quotation, contract amended, handle relevant produced during claim problem etc.! And from many enterprises in our country building derivation project contract management practice, the problems exposed by the in-depth analysis and proposed solutions.
