邀请函是邀请亲朋好友或知名人士、专家等参加某项活动时所发的请约性书信。它是现实生活中常用的一种日常应用写作文种。在国际交往以及日常的各种社交活动中,这类书信使用广泛,在应用写作中邀请函是非常重要的。
邀请函的格式主要有四个部分,分别是标题、称谓、正文、落款。
一、标题
由活动名称和文种名组成,还可包括个性化的活动主题标语。如“XX公司年终客户答谢会邀请函”。活动主题标语可以体现举办方特有的企业文化特色。
二、称谓
邀请函的称谓使用“统称”,并在统称前加敬语。例如,“尊敬的X X X先生/女士”或“尊敬的X X X总经理(局长)”。
三、正文
邀请函正文是指商务礼仪活动主办方正式告知被邀请方举办活动的缘由、目的、事项及要求,写明活动的日程安排、时间、地点,并对被邀请方发出得体、诚挚的邀请。
正文的结尾一般要写常用的邀请惯用语。如“敬请光临”、“欢迎光临”。
四、落款
落款要写明礼仪活动主办单位的.全称和成文日期。

一、被邀请者的姓名应写全,不应写绰号或别名。
二、在两个姓名之间应该写上"暨"或"和",不用顿号或逗号。
